Help your dog live happier, healthier, and longer with the help of high quality fish oil.

I have been meaning to write about this for over a year. My wife's dog is old. 13 or so, we don't know to be exact, as she was a rescue and was feral when she was put into the pound. Extremely malnourished and was actually only surviving by eating her brothers and sisters. I know, sounds dramatic, but it's the truth. About 8 years ago, the animal control was called on a house because of an atrocious smell, where an old lady used to breed long haired Chihuahuas. When the animal control got there, they found a very old senile lady who had forgotten about the dogs she had locked out in the garage and back house. These dogs had been breeding (and inbreeding, and inbreeding...) with each other for over two years, left with nothing to eat but each other. There were almost 200 dogs....it was really sad, as other than a few of the older ones, none of the dogs had ever had human contact.

The majority of the dogs had to be put down, and the ones that were able to be saved were spread around to multiple shelters. My wife went into the shelter down in Huntington Beach, saw this tiny little frail mess of a puppy and fell in love. Fast forward to now, 8 years later. The dog is old. In good health, but old. She limps, it takes her a long time to get up from laying down, she can't jump off the bed anymore, or on the bed, nor the couch, and so on...

Here comes the real meat of the story. I have a friend who is kind of a health nut. Well, more like a Crossfit Maniac and nutrition guru, but kind of a health nut too. He introduced me to the benefits of omega 3's in the form of high potency high quality (I didn't know there was a real difference) great tasting liquid fish oil.

Matty Aporta has been helping athletes recover after injury and post work outs with the help of high quality supplements and most importantly fish oil for years now. He teaches and speaks all over the country at competitions and crossfit gyms alike. He is known in the crossfit community as an expert on the subject.

But I digress...Matty was over at our loft one day and noticed how decrepit our dog was, and how painful it looked for her to move. He told me that the fish oil he had given me would do wonders for her. Help with her joints, her ligaments, muscles, all types of detailed explanations that outlined the benefits of his magical fish oil. What I took away from the conversation was that he was suggesting that I give my dog this fish oil. Seemed a bit crazy to me to give a dog a supplement that was developed for humans to a dog, but turns out it's great for dogs too.

Fast forward a year...My dog walks, runs, jumps, plays, and moves around like she did five years ago. We have done nothing different with her, except give her the Stronger Faster Healthier fish oil twice a day. The fish oil has not just stopped her condition from worsening, but it has truly reversed the aging process for this little buddy and prolonged her life by years! My wife and I cannot believe the difference. So much so, that I am blabbing on and on about it in a blog.

We just rescued another dog a few weeks ago. An english bulldog (Jameson), which is a breed known for alongside a huge list of health problems, skin conditions and hip problems. When we picked up this little guy, he had some pretty gnarly calluses on his knees and legs, and a stiff coat of fur. We have only had this guy for 2 and a half weeks, and in that short amount of time, the fish oil we have been giving him twice a day has made his coat of fur soft, luxurious (seriously yall, mad luxurious) and the calluses on his knees are soft as a babies ass. TWO AND A HALF WEEKS!

Bottom line is this...Stronger Faster Healthier produces the highest quality (and best tasting as it comes in an array of flavors) fish oil that has ever been made. And when you give it to your dogs, their quality of life is improved. It's not my opinion, it's just the facts son. A huge thank you goes out to one of my best and closest friends Matty Aporta, for helping my best little buddies improve the quality of their life, and rejuvenate my wife's tiny little buddy dog so that she can enjoy her later years.

Matt, this is amazing! I am going to forward this to all my friends with pups and make my parents give the fish oil to my old dog at home. Thanks for the info!

Can you ask your friend Matty what he knows about people taking the fish oil if they have seafood allergies? I have heard mixed opinions. Some say it is fine and some say don't do it. I am allergic to fish so have never risked taking the oil.
